The New VooDoo Innovations Integral Direct Impingement Low Mass Carrier was designed to improve the Performance and Durability of a direct impingement carrier. The new Integral Carrier has an improved gas flow path with no impediments or shelves for carbon to deposit and build on which removes the potential for gas obstruction to seize the operation of the rifle. The VDI Integral DI Carrier eliminates the potential for carrier key separation due to carrier key screws stripping, fracturing, or becoming un-staked. This carrier is finished with our proprietary LifeCoat coatings to increase Lubricity and Surface Hardness. The 20% reduction in carrier weight decreases the reciprocating mass reducing felt recoil and increasing the Tune-Ability of the rifle for any application. All of our carriers are Full-Auto Rated, they’re made in the USA and come with a Life-Time Warranty.

A three gun match is structured by several stages that are all unique. Stages vary by competition but typically include run-n-gun scenarios that are based on shooting problems that involve strategy and require the use of one or more guns. These stages are scored based on speed and accuracy of the shooter minus penalties. Different types of targets are used for different stages. The target will dictate the rules and criteria for each type. To introduce you to the types of 3 gun competition targets you will be exposed to at a 3 gun match, below is a basic overview. Keep in mind this is not an overview of every target and rule but an introduction to the basic types of 3 gun targets.

One of our newest products at Adams Arms that has caught the attention of many is the Competition Optics Ready (COR) Rifle. This 3 gun AR 15 is the ultimate competition rifle. Hear what our friends at The Truth About Guns have to say about our COR and XLP low profile system in the article below.
"Adams Arms is a relatively new player in the AR-15 market, but they're already making waves. Their guns use a piston system that's dead simple to use, and they come set up pretty much the way you'd want them kitted out. Now they're adding a new competition rifle to their lineup with the COR...
The rifle comes standard with Diamondback's new flip-up offeset sight, a Hiperfire trigger (which is pretty sweet), and Magpul furniture. Not to mention the lightened bolt carrier and operating parts for a quicker cycling action and softer recoil.
Also coming from Adams is a more finely tuneable gas system. Instead of the "on/suppressed/off" trio of settings currently offered the new gas system has about eight settings to allow you to tune it to exactly match your ammo and your gun's condition.
The only issue is that the new gas system is completely covered by the handguards. Anticipating this, they're also coming out with a set of handguards that use the standard barrel nut and are easily removed with the throw of a lever."
